Rice malt syrup is a versatile sweetener made by culturing rice with enzymes to breakdown the starches and then cooking it down until it becomes a thick syrup. The final product contains soluble complex carbohydrates, maltose and a small amount of glucose. Great for using as a sweetener in baking. Clarified or Clear Syrup (#DE60).
#DE refers to Dextrose Equivalent
